Tasting & Toasting

A Celebration of Canadian Community, Craft, and Safer Neighbourhoods

Elbows Up!

Join us for Tasting and Toasting, a warm and welcoming evening that brings together exceptional Ontario wine, beautifully prepared food, and a shared commitment to community safety. This gathering celebrates what Canada does best: thoughtful innovation, care for one another, and neighbours stepping up. It is also a fundraiser in support of a proven Canadian program that quietly helps prevent harm before it happens. It is our way of saying “elbows up!”

What to Expect

Exceptional Ontario Wines

Enjoy curated wine tastings from Potter Settlement Wines, presented by sommelier and winemaker Sandor Johnson. His wines reflect patience, craftsmanship, and the belief that quality grows from close attention over time.

Delicious Food

Appetizers by Chef Ric are prepared with care and purpose, rooted in dignity, service, and community.

Toasting Our CoSA Heroes

Throughout the evening, guests will be invited to raise a glass in appreciation of the volunteers, partners, and community members who choose engagement over exclusion and make CoSA’s work possible.

Add Your Voice

When purchasing your ticket, you’ll be invited to submit a short toast recognizing a CoSA hero who deserves a shout-out. A selection of these toasts will be shared during the evening.

Auctions & Raffle

Longtime CoSA champion Dru Allen will lead a live auction, alongside a silent auction and raffle featuring unique local experiences and one-of-a-kind items. Every bid helps sustain the Circles that quietly make our community safer.

Why It Matters

CoSA is a Canadian innovation, developed in Ontario over 30 years ago, that supports people returning to the community after incarceration. By surrounding them with trained volunteers who offer accountability, support, and connection, CoSA reduces reoffending by up to 88%, resulting in fewer victims and stronger, safer neighbourhoods. CoSA is the only community-based organization working with individuals convicted of sexual offences. Your participation directly helps keep this proven work going.
